The Business Operations Director will be responsible for driving the implementation and monitoring of the department strategy and operational plans. This will involve organizing and enabling maximum effectiveness of the leadership team, providing expertise in operational excellence, and applying GSK policy, process, and enterprise support services to enable the aligned department to focus on high-value drug discovery and development activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, 5+ years of project leadership and management skills, and 5+ years of working with change management approaches on a range of projects/programs at multiple organizational levels. They will also have experience creating/using data analytics to drive performance and be able to thoughtfully challenge the status quo.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead key activities to support the effective running of parts of the Precision Medicine business, working in close collaboration with other business operations support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.
