We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fostering Agency Professional to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people in foster care.
You will be responsible for supervising and supporting our carers, providing guidance and expertise to ensure they meet the highest standards of care. Your primary focus will be on building strong therapeutic relationships with the children and young people, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
