Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Dream Medical. As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical treatment, screening, and advice to patients in accordance with NMC Codes of Practice and Scope of Professional Practice.
  • Develop and implement programs of care and service delivery within the scope of practice.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care of patients autonomously within the level of competence and scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with outside agencies and disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (A) Level 1 nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Valid and in-date Personal Identification Number (PIN) with no restriction of practice.
  • At least 2 years Primary Healthcare Nursing experience.
  • At least a year's experience as a Band 6 Practice nurse.
