Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical treatment, screening, and advice to patients in accordance with NMC Codes of Practice and Scope of Professional Practice.
- Develop and implement programs of care and service delivery within the scope of practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care of patients autonomously within the level of competence and scope of practice.
- Collaborate with outside agencies and disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (A) Level 1 nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Valid and in-date Personal Identification Number (PIN) with no restriction of practice.
- At least 2 years Primary Healthcare Nursing experience.
- At least a year's experience as a Band 6 Practice nurse.
