We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a senior role that requires the ability to exercise supervisory responsibility for other psychological therapists, provide leadership in multi-disciplinary training and development, and contribute to service audit and development, evaluation and research.
About the Role
The Job Description:
In this role, you will be accountable for delivering highly specialist psychological care to clients with complex mental health or learning disabilities. You will work collaboratively with clients, their carers, and families to promote a positive image of people with mental health or learning disabilities and the service.
Your responsibilities will include exercising supervisory/professional responsibility for other psychological therapists, providing leadership in multi-disciplinary training and development, service audit and development, service evaluation and research, and ensuring a psychological perspective is brought to service redesign and cultural change.
The Salary:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
