The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small SME company clients, creating innovative wellbeing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of small SME company clients across healthcare and group risk benefits.
  2. Creating and launching innovative wellbeing strategies tailored to clients' needs, driving new business growth, and cross-selling additional services.
  3. Building strong relationships and attending industry networking events to grow and manage a portfolio of clients.
  4. Providing expert advice in both healthcare and group risk benefits, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and enhancing client offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Healthcare and/or Group Risk benefits.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a track record of business development and sales experience.
  • Holding or studying towards Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) module IF7 (Healthcare) and GR1 (Group Risk).

Compensation and Work Environment:

The salary for this position is in the range of £27,000 to £32,000 per annum, with a flexible work environment that allows for a great work-life balance.
