Job Overview:

Curve Group Holdings Ltd is seeking an Operational Training Consultant to join our team. As an Operational Training Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees on various types of mobile equipment, including Forklift trucks, Tow trucks/tractors, and Powered Pallet Trucks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently in a field-based environment and adapt their training methods to suit diverse learning styles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for employees on mobile equipment operations.
  • Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring participant understanding and engagement.
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. UK Driver's License (Essential).
  2. Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach Instructor certification.
  3. Tow Truck Training certification (Required).
  4. At least 2 years of experience in training delivery.
  5. NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  6. Ability to adapt training methods for diverse learning styles.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on location and experience.
