Healthcare Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Assistant Manager to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and external teams to ensure that our care home operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of a unit, including responsibility for clinical duties and staff supervision
- Leading and developing a team of Care Assistants, including training and mentoring new staff members
- Assisting with the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring resident needs are met
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, along with benefits including flexible working patterns, comprehensive induction, and free meals on every shift.
