Healthcare Support Professional

We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at The Priory Care Home in Shirley. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our nurse and senior care assistants to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting residents with varying needs, from companionship to personal care, and being part of a team that monitors residents and reports any changes. You'll also have the flexibility to choose your working patterns and enjoy free meals on every shift.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work independently. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £21,000 per year, DBS checks and uniforms provided and paid for by Bupa, and access to discounts at various gyms and fitness facilities across the UK.
