Job Title: Material Handling Training Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Material Handling Training Specialist to join our team at Curve Group Holdings Ltd.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to internal operators on material handling equipment, including Forklift trucks, powered pallet trucks, and tow trucks. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver training sessions that meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • To conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to improve workplace safety.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Valid FLT Instructor certification.
  • Tow Truck Training certification.
  • Proven record in training delivery - at least 2 years.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

Location: Midlands preferred but UK-wide travel required.
