About the Position

Curve Group Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced FLT and Manual Handling Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to our employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions on Forklift trucks (Reach and Counterbalance), Tow trucks/tractors, Powered Pallet Trucks, and other Mobile Handling Equipment.

This role involves 100% travel across the UK, with a preference for locations in the Midlands.

About the Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring participant understanding and engagement during training sessions, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures, and delivering manual handling training, DSE Evaluations, workplace risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

Key Requirements
  • UK Driver's License (Essential).
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach Instructor certification.
  • Tow Truck Training certification (Required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in training delivery.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Ability to adapt training methods for diverse learning styles.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,200 - £60,600 per annum, depending on location and experience.
