Corporate Finance Specialist

Your new company is a mid-tier accountancy firm based in Central London, seeking a Corporate Finance Senior to join their expanding Corporate Finance department. The firm provides a range of compliance and business advisory services to small OMBs through to large international companies.
Your New RoleIn this role, you'll be responsible for delivering buy-side advisory and financial due diligence services to a diverse range of clients across various industries. A key aspect of this position is report writing and advising clients. Once established in the team, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in lead advisory assignments.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver buy-side advisory services and prepare financial due diligence reports
- Assist with pitching and proposal preparation, including scope and fee
- Discuss findings and issues with clients, providing solutions
- Understand and respond to client needs
- Plan and execute corporate finance assignments to agreed specifications
- Effectively manage time and costs, reporting to managers as needed
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- ACA or ACCA qualification from an audit background
- Ideal experience writing financial due diligence reports
- Ideal experience working with financial models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in liaising with colleagues and clients
