About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children, working closely with the wider team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range]
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or related field
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
