About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children, working closely with the wider team to support their development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement engaging and challenging learning activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and inclusive nursery environment.
  • Support the development of children's skills and abilities, including their communication, problem-solving, and social skills.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • Recent experience working in an Early Years setting or with children.
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to be creative and nurturing when supporting children.
