We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Hays PLC. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting.

• Lead a team of nursery practitioners to deliver exceptional care and education to children
• Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient nursery operation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
• Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably as a Room Leader or similar role
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Ability to work creatively and think outside the box
