Event Executive - Italian Speaker

We are seeking an experienced Event Executive to join our team at OX Seven Creative Partners. As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for project managing MICE business events and activations from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a MICE Event role, preferably with a UK Inbound Travel agency or tour operator
  • Passion for tourism and hospitality
