Job Description:

  • Lead development management for projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and implement project programmes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Conduct thorough appraisals and due diligence on potential projects to determine viability for progression.
  • Work closely with the Head of Regeneration and Development to review, secure, and deliver development opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, developers, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Development & Regeneration, with expertise in project management, contracts management, and procurement processes.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Salary range of £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
