We are seeking a Strategic Leadership Development Specialist to join our Talent Management Team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry.

This fixed-term contract role will focus on developing and implementing effective leadership learning initiatives, including designing and delivering learning tools, programs, and solutions that align with our business objectives.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating a framework for leadership and management training, designing and facilitating leadership development programs, and leading the development and migration of our performance management approach to Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities
  1. Create a comprehensive framework for leadership and management training that meets business needs
  2. Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs for senior and high-potential talent
  3. Lead the development and migration of our performance management approach to D365
  4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our leadership and management initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. A relevant bachelor's degree or 5+ years of proven experience in an R&D engineering environment
  2. A proven track record in designing and implementing innovative management and leadership programs
  3. Dynamic problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions
  4. Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders
  5. A commercial mindset and ability to deliver programs that meet business needs
  6. Good understanding of learning theories and their application in learning solutions
  7. Proficiency in computer usage, MS Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and D365
  8. Evidence of project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
  9. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing circumstances
  10. Superior communication and influence skills
  11. Strong knowledge of performance and talent management

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
