About the Role

As a Physics and Mathematics Instructor, you will play a key role in the delivery of teaching programmes at Leeds International Study Centre. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of educational programmes and contribute to the design, development, and production of teaching and learning materials.

Key responsibilities include participating in regular meetings with teaching and support staff, contributing to the design and delivery of modules, preparing examinations and assessments, and updating the Virtual Learning Environment. You will also engage in scholarly activity to ensure the delivery of modules is current and implement quality assurance procedures at module level.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student engagement, completing sponsor reports, and promoting the health, safety, and well-being of students and colleagues.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Physics and Mathematics Instructor who holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area and preferably a teaching qualification. A Master's qualification is desirable, and candidates holding a PhD will be particularly welcomed.

You will have experience teaching in UK higher or further education and preferably experience working with international students.
