About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics and Physics Tutor to join our team at the Leeds International Study Centre. As a tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver modules in Mathematics and Physics to students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Contribute to the development of teaching and learning materials, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of teaching programs and student support services.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss program management, student life cycle, and academic progress.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • A Master's qualification or PhD in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Experience teaching in UK higher or further education, preferably with a teaching qualification.
  • Ability to work with international students and contribute to a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
