We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Trainer to join our team at the Leicester Academy. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gas engineering and a proven track record of delivering training programs. You will be responsible for creating and delivering training content, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback to improve their skills.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and inclusivity within the academy. You will work closely with our training team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our engineers and support the business's goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You will be a strong team player with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
