Gas Trainer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Engineer to join our team as a Technical Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our engineers, covering a range of topics including mandatory training, reaccreditation, apprenticeships, technical learning programs, and inductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training sessions to ensure engineers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to engineers to help them achieve their full potential.
