Gas Trainer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Trainer to join our team at British Gas. As a Gas Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to our engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs for gas engineers, including mandatory training, reaccreditation, apprenticeships, and technical learning programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to engineers to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Qualified Gas Engineer with experience in training and development.
- Strong knowledge of gas industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
