About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our Coordination and Planning division. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless preparation of administrative and technical requirements for our clients' platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage various monthly sports events and matches for our production team and coordinator.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for all clients and daily live streamed productions.
  • Coordinate with our Technical Coordinator to maintain event and stream technical requirements.
  • Ensure completion of technical setups for current and future events following established procedures.
  • Create and edit documentation for both accounts and production staff.
  • Generate weekly task boards for staff.
  • Report and review revenue and events for client billing purposes.
  • Schedule feeds with external third parties partnered with StreamAMG.
  • Gather information and data from clients and third parties to support the production team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines. Excellent time management and teamwork abilities are essential, along with a keen attention to detail and solid organizational skills focused on delivering top-notch streaming experiences.
