Product Data Coordinator

**Hours**: 35 per week, with an early finish on a Friday
**Duration**: Permanent
**Location**: This is a remote role, within the UK.
**Salary**: £20,000 per annum

You will work to make sure that retailers wishing to work with Fruugo are integrated quickly, efficiently and accurately, and ensure that high standards of product data integrity are maintained across all Fruugo systems. You will proactively maintain retailer product data and feeds are tightly integrated, up to date and accurate.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work as part of the Technical Operations department to ensure all new retailer data meets the minimum Fruugo requirement during integration
- Manage and support all assigned integrating retailers through to launch
- Configure and maintain all aspects of the system and tools for accurate operation of an account
- Assist live retailers with technical support and troubleshoot related problems
- Interact closely with other departments to ensure the activity of any new retailers meets Fruugo’s operational processes
- Represent Tech Ops at departmental meetings (as required)
- Communicate and coordinate changes with support teams at integration partners to ensure quick resolution of wide-spread issues
- Keep up to date and assess changing integration partner features, operations and technology changes
- Maintain an understanding of changing compliance and taxation changes
- Support other departments with queries relating to the operation of live retailers and issues
- Support the development of the Tech Ops department by working with colleagues on a multitude of on-going and new projects
- Carry out additional Content Management Coordinator duties as required

- Good level of ecommerce or technology background
- Excellent level of data creation, transfer, manipulation and management
- Willingness to learn, shape and test the development of new systems
- Ability to adapt to changing operations and varied scenarios
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to priorities and organise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
