Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited.

Job Title: Team Leader
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Norwich

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young adults in a residential setting.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the home, including managing rotas and resources.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive support service.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
