Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Oversee product specifications and ensure everything meets the highest standards throughout the production process.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analysis and provide detailed reports that support continuous improvement across the business.

ISO Auditing: Carry out internal audits across various ISO standards, following up on any required actions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Non-Conformance Management: Manage non-conforming materials through the NCMR process, performing root cause analyses, implementing corrective measures, and monitoring results.

Supplier Performance: Act as the key quality contact, monitoring supplier performance and participating in quarterly reviews, to support the supply chain.

Customer Focus: Address customer concerns via the NCR/8D process, ensuring effective and efficient resolution.

Quality Training & Support: Provide QHSE and IPC610 training onsite and support staff with product-related queries.

Process Improvement: Play an active role in PFMEA and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, supporting development from start to finish.

Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key QHSE metrics and KPIs, ensuring the team is always working with the most up-to-date information.
