Job Description:

The Data Science Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that enhance customer engagement and directly drive sales. This role reports to the AI Sales Integration Manager and is part of the Data Science and AI Team located in Cambridge, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI solutions to generate market insights and high-quality sales leads
  • Lead a team of data scientists to innovate and develop scalable AI models
  • Analyze data from various sources using best-practice coding standards and a state-of-the-art AI Technology Stack
  • Produce compelling visualizations and define data requirements while identifying and mitigating risks
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Data Science or a related field
  • Multiple years of industry experience in data science
  • Proficiency in Python and related ML libraries
  • Proven experience in developing, deploying, and applying AI models as part of a CI/CD pipeline

Estimated salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per year.
