Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Supervisor to oversee welding operations in a construction environment for Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all welding activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate the work of welding teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Create work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to meet production targets.
- Ensure welds meet quality standards by interpreting engineering drawings and inspecting finished products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- CSWIP qualified.
