About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
  • Mentor and guide team members in their professional development, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Represent Interface Clinical Services at local and national events, promoting our services and expertise within primary care.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a relevant role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of QOF and disease registers, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with access to a reliable vehicle.
