Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at RCC Connect. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and creating brand awareness for our CCTV product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams to drive new business opportunities and create brand awareness for our CCTV product range.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aimed at increasing market share.
- Proactively identify and develop new business channels, contributing to the growth of the brand within the security and surveillance sector.
- Support the pre-sales process, acting as a technical consultant for potential clients and assisting in solution design.
- Confidently close new business sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or pre-sales within the security, CCTV, or related technology sector.
- A proactive, consultative sales approach with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Experience in product management or sales & marketing would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to quickly absorb and apply new information, adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
