Behaviour Analyst - Competitive Salary

The Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Analyst to join our team, responsible for developing Comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments and Positive Behaviour Support Plans for individuals across our support services.

This will involve:

Completing assessments and using appropriate tools to develop comprehensive behaviour assessments

Developing support practices as part of a Positive Behaviour Support Plan

Working collaboratively with individuals and stakeholders to identify and achieve goals and desired outcomes

Utilising data to inform clinical and operational decision making

Coaching and mentoring support teams in adopting new support practices

Reviewing procedural fidelity and support practices across locations

Delivering post-event debriefs to explore learning outcomes and support wellbeing

Creating relevant reports and documentation to an exceptional standard.

The Person

We are looking for an individual with:

Relevant postgraduate studies, such as an MSc in Positive Behaviour Support or Applied Behaviour Analysis

Previous experience working with adult residential support services and developing behaviour assessments and support plans

Knowledge and understanding of recognised best practice and clinical models for enhancing and measuring quality of life outcomes

Able to use and manage large amounts of quantitative, qualitative, and anecdotal information to write reports and documentation for a wide audience of stakeholders.
