About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Financial Planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work alongside our Financial Planners to prepare for client meetings and maintain accurate client records.
  • You will be responsible for data entry and calculations to ensure the highest level of quality and expertise.

Requirements:

This role requires previous experience as a Paraplanner or Administrator within a Financial Advisory organisation. Familiarity with Intelligent Office systems is an advantage.
