Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer/Administrator to join our team at 83zero. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting our fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead job postings, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • HR Systems & Records: Manage employee data using Employment Hero and process payroll changes accurately.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll (Sage 50), pensions, private medical insurance, and other benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives to support employee growth and development.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to exciting HR initiatives and process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an HR officer/administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Employment Hero, Sage 50) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
