Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team at 83zero. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting our fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead job postings, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • HR Systems & Records: Manage employee data using HR software and process payroll changes accurately.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll, pensions, private medical insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to exciting HR initiatives and process improvements to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR officer/administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
