Gandys International is looking for a highly skilled Buyer and Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the commercial direction of our product range.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, monitoring performance, and working cross-functionally to optimise product assortments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supplier Negotiation: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, terms, and lead times to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with suppliers on specifications and requirements.
  • Sales & Market Analysis: Review product performance, sales data, and customer insights to optimise product offerings and stock levels.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.

We offer a competitive salary package, including 50% discount for personal use, 24 days holiday with additional holiday days with length of service, regular company social events, and the chance to build a brand with purpose and with people who care.
