About The Role

Our Site Engineering Managers play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operation, ensuring the smooth running of our sites and meeting customer demands. They lead a team of Engineers to maintain maximum capacity and deliver great customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and ensure safe working practices across the site, achieving production plans within planned hours and manning levels.
  • Maintain facilities and fabricate the site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Manage the engineering budget, investing in continual improvement and monitoring colleague engagement and staff turnover.
  • Deliver a Continuous Improvement culture and ensure legal compliance within the engineering function.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in Manufacturing/FMCG or a similar fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of coaching, motivating, and engaging a team.
  • Ideal graduate calibre or equivalent with experience of developing and leading a strong performing engineering function.
