Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service, Training Co-ordinator

Location: Telford, UK- Hybrid

As a key member of our eTeam, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing customer requests, ensuring timely delivery of services, and collaborating with logistics to verify the progress of units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations of sub-contract prices to customers via our sales system.
  • Process customer requests and manage work in a timely manner for outsource by triggering release of service orders to our suppliers.
  • Partner with logistics to physically verify units are progressing per process.
  • Follow quality procedures to log certificates onto our internal system for auditing purposes.
  • Support the overall outsource on-site duties on a day-to-day basis, providing good teamwork and prompt support.
  • Assure supply of high technology materials, equipment, and/or services in accordance with supply chain optimization goals and management objectives.
  • Support procurement outsource contract staff as needed, including open order reports, supplier confirmation, on-time delivery, expediting, etc.

Requirements:

Strong computer office skills are required for this position, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support.
