  • Bank monies and maintain banking records, adhering to financial procedures and protocols.
  • Communicate with relevant personnel and provide assistance in relation to financial procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Reception, Secretarial, and Secretariat:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone inquiries, receiving visitors, and providing hospitality as required.
  • Offer word processing, typing, filing, duplication, and photocopying services in support of administrative processes, utilizing email, intranet, and internet facilities as necessary.
  • Sort, screen, and distribute all mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Maintain the secure storage of valuable items and confidential documentation, adhering to protocols and procedures.
  • Manage diaries, arrange appointments, and provide a secretarial service for all staff within the school, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Service meetings and draft minutes as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Other Duties:

  • Assist work placement students with practical tasks and assignments within the school office, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the level of the post, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
