Care Senior Lead

About the Role:
As a Senior Team Leader Care Bank, you will be responsible for leading the care team during your allocated shift, ensuring that the personal care of our residents is maintained to the highest standard. You will promote independence and choice, while also acting as the Company's representative on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard.
- Institute individualized care plans and update existing plans as needed.
- Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
- Liaise with visiting medical professionals and record outcomes.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Protect patients' property and maintain confidentiality.
- Support the welfare, morale, and safety of all Care personnel.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Seek advice from the Home Manager and Deputy Manager as needed.
- Project the Company's image and promote a professional appearance.
- Maintain efficient control of staffing levels.
- Investigate complaints and accidents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
