Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Lead to join our team at Care UK. As a Senior Care Lead, you will be responsible for leading the care team and ensuring that the personal care of residents is maintained on a daily basis according to individual needs and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team and ensure that the care, welfare, and safety of all residents are of the highest possible standard.
  • Institute individualized care plans and update existing care plans as needed.
  • Ensure that all medication is administered and recorded safely and accurately.
  • Liaise with visiting medical professionals and record outcomes.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and make the care home as stimulating and attractive to live in as possible.
  • Be responsible for the care and protection of patients' property.
  • Ensure that confidential information is safeguarded.
  • Ensure that the welfare, morale, and safety of all care personnel are of the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of care regulations and standards.
