Job Title: Head of Retail

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Retail. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share for our premium soft furnishings brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets to expand our retail footprint.
  • Manage merchandising and its KPIs, including sell-through rate and sales per square meter.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals for retail operations.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices in customer service and engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the retail team, including store managers and sales associates.
  • Prepare and manage retail budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Optimize cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new store openings.
  • Develop and execute plans for entering new retail markets.
