Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Manager to join our team at Legal & General. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a dedicated end-to-end client onboarding and change management service to LGIM's Institutional Business, supporting the full range of product structures offered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Take accountability for delivering the Operational elements of events for new and existing fund structures, working closely with partners across the organisation to ensure successful implementation of any new functions transitioned to the team.
  • Client Work: Project and time managing client work in conjunction with other business areas to achieve the client's funding objectives in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that all legal, operational and transitional tasks are comprehensively considered and completed.
  • Quality Checks: Providing final quality checks on legal documentation in line with client requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Developing a clear understanding of the function of all business areas within LGIM, building and maintaining an effective network of strong working relationships within those areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of Project Management success, with the disciplines and experience of Onboarding new clients and client change within an asset management environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
