About the Role

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking finance team as a Financial Operations Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the finance function in delivering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations, as well as assisting with administrative reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the finance manager in delivering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of administrative reports using Excel
  • Utilize pivot tables and V lookups skills in Excel to support the finance team
  • Take on complex reconciliations and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and V lookups
  • Ability to work in a busy and flexible team environment
  • Flexibility to work on a hybrid basis with 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days remotely
