Host/Hostess Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at The Chesterfield Hotel, a luxurious 4-star boutique hotel in the heart of Mayfair, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to the dining areas, providing accurate wait times and exceptional customer service.
  • Answer telephone calls and email enquiries in accordance with company standards, promoting our Food & Beverage outlets to guests.
  • Promote and up-sell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
