Care Leadership Opportunity

A well-established domiciliary care provider in Caerphilly is looking for a skilled leader to oversee their care operations. As a seasoned care professional, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery and promoting the service within the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct overall operations and care delivery, maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Engage in local outreach efforts to raise awareness and drive new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and create individualized care plans.
  • Lead and develop the team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • No less than one year of experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager.
  • Progressing towards or holding NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • Holding a valid UK driving license.

Compensation Package:

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of £30,000-£35,000 and additional incentives tied to performance targets. Enjoy a generous annual leave allowance of up to 33 days per year.
