Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Health and Social Welfare Specialist to join our team at Actis Recruitment.

This role is perfect for those with experience in the niche area of Health and Social Welfare and who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have experience in Court of Protection proceedings, a working knowledge of relevant legislation, and be able to provide excellent support to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Work on complex cases involving Mental Capacity issues, Court of Protection (Health & Welfare), and Human Rights issues.
  • Assist in Inquests & Judicial Reviews, Coroners Court Proceedings, and Ombudsman investigations.
  • Provide expert advice on Public Law responsibilities and Regulatory obligations concerning provision of Health and Social Care.
