About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our Healthy Minds Lincolnshire team on a 6-month fixed term/secondment basis. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide expert knowledge and support to develop the roles and provision of care within our community setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess the mental health needs of young people and identify their related needs and circumstances.
  • Plan, implement, review, and improve interventions and treatment pathways to meet people's identified needs and manage their inherent risk.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and community teams to ensure effective clinical decision-making.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in leadership/management/supervision or significant experience in this area.
  • Evidence of specialised continued professional training in relevant clinical practice.
  • Relevant experience of working with young people with mental health needs or clear evidence of substantial experience of working with individuals feeling in crisis/with complex needs/risk issues.
