We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Home Assistant to join our team at Iffley Residential and Nursing Home. As a Home Assistant, you will provide a high-quality housekeeping service, while showing care and commitment to having a positive impact on our residents' lives.

You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, supporting residents with daily tasks and assisting with personal care needs. Excellent communication skills, a caring approach, and flexibility are essential for this role.

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. We offer a competitive salary of £11.67 per hour, plus benefits such as 20 days annual leave pro rata, complimentary meals during long shifts, and comprehensive training opportunities.

About the Job:

  • Provide a high-quality housekeeping service, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Support residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Develop relationships with residents, understanding their interests and preferences
