Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced and supportive team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children and young people in our care.

You will be responsible for promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being, and supporting them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, including a £30.00 additional sleep-in rate, as well as opportunities for training and development, including NVQs and career progression.

Our benefits package includes 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays and rising with service, paid sickness leave, and a range of other perks.
