Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential service in Shropshire.

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people in our care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive living environment
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
